First rough cut and then the fitting and grinding. I have a good Bosch jigsaw that I used to cut this. New blade and taking it slow.

It has less mess than a plasma cutter to clean up and the cut is smoother.

It has two settings and I have found that using the more aggressive setting cuts real good, also blade selection helps a lot.
