Approximately 4 to 5 mos. in primer ready for paint. The inner side of the door panel had to be built out with a piece from an older truck. (lower left hand corner) of cab picture. This stiffened the skin of the door that I welded in. It was welded to the inside and outside of the door. A lot of fitting to this piece.
